New release: Denis Linnik

Denis Linnik debuts in KNS with "Night wind". The album features works of the three composers who, to different extents, represent the ideas of the Romantic era: Brahms in Germany, Janáček in the Czech Republic and Medtner in Russia. Nevertheless, the contrast between their artistic images, means of musical expression, attitude to the specifics of the instrument and compositional techniques remains outstanding.
In “Night Wind” one can enjoy the fresh and unbiased performance of Janacek’s Piano Sonata 1.X.1905, Brahms’ 4 Ballades op. 10 and Medtner’s Piano Sonata, “Night Wind”, which gives the title to the CD.
